Ready to take your yoga practice beyond the physical? Bali Yin Yoga Teacher Training offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore yoga through mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, philosophy, and self-inquiry. At H2O Yoga and Meditation Center, we welcome yoga practitioners from the US, UK, Australia, and everywhere in the world to discover a supportive island environment where learning and personal growth can come together.
Whether you want to deepen your personal practice or take your first steps toward becoming a yoga teacher, a dedicated training experience can give you the time and space to develop a stronger foundation.
Why Choose a Deeper Yoga Practice?
Yin-inspired practices encourage you to slow down and pay attention. Instead of constantly moving from one posture to another, you have more time to observe your breathing, physical sensations, thoughts, and reactions.
This quality of practice can complement dynamic yoga styles such as Hatha and Vinyasa. It encourages patience and presence while helping practitioners develop a more attentive relationship with their bodies.
For students searching for Bali Yin Yoga Teacher Training, this deeper approach can become part of a broader journey into the principles of yoga.
At H2O Yoga and Meditation Center, we believe that yoga extends beyond the mat. It can influence how you breathe, move, communicate, reflect, and respond to everyday experiences.
A Training Experience That Goes Beyond Postures

Our affiliated 200-hour teacher-training program is designed as a month-long immersion into yoga as a way of life. The program is suitable for people who want to teach high-quality yoga as well as practitioners who simply want to deepen their personal practice.
The training brings together several important areas of yoga education, including:
- Asana practice and alignment
- Functional movement and sequencing
- Pranayama and breathwork
- Meditation and mantra
- Yoga philosophy and lineage
- Anatomy and biomechanics
- Teaching skills and communication
- Self-inquiry and reflection
This combination allows students to explore both the practical and contemplative sides of yoga.
Learn Through an Experiential Approach
The learning process does not stop with classroom instruction. Students participate actively throughout the training.
A typical day includes morning asana, breathwork and meditation, followed by philosophy, anatomy, alignment workshops, practice teaching, and time for reflection and integration.
Practice teaching begins early in the program rather than being left until the final days. Students guide their peers, receive feedback, and gradually develop greater confidence in cueing, sequencing, adjustments, theming, and holding space.
This approach encourages students to learn through experience while developing their own authentic teaching voice.
Study in a Small International Community
The training welcomes students from different countries and backgrounds. A small group of approximately 8–12 participants allows for closer interaction, personalized feedback, and meaningful connections.
At H2O Yoga and Meditation Center, we believe yoga should be welcoming and accessible to people from different parts of the world.
Whether you are coming from the US, UK, Australia or anywhere else, you are welcome here. You can meet fellow practitioners, share experiences, learn from different perspectives, and become part of an international yoga community.
Learn With Experienced Teacher Trainer Maddy Jones
The affiliated training is led by Maddy Jones, E-RYT 500, who has more than 11 years of experience teaching yoga and movement and over 4,000 teaching hours with students around the world.
Her background includes Hatha, Vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, trauma-sensitive yoga, sound healing, kinesiology, strength and conditioning, anatomy, and biomechanics.
Her teaching approach combines traditional yoga knowledge with modern movement principles. The goal is to give students practical tools while encouraging personal exploration and authentic teaching.
Four Weeks of Immersive Learning
The 200-hour program runs for 28 days and 27 nights and is held on H2O’s neighboring island, Lombok, Indonesia.
The four-week format gives students time to learn, practice, rest, reflect, and integrate. Rather than trying to absorb everything within a short period, students can gradually develop their knowledge and teaching skills throughout the immersion.
The student journey moves from daily practice and study toward a final teaching practicum. Certification is earned through demonstrated competence, safety, and presence rather than simply completing the schedule.
What Can You Take Away From the Experience?
A comprehensive teacher-training journey can provide benefits that extend beyond certification. Students can develop:
- Greater confidence in their personal practice
- A deeper relationship with the yogic path
- Knowledge of anatomy, movement, and alignment
- Practical teaching and communication skills
- Greater awareness through meditation and self-inquiry
- Experience working with an international community
- Tools for bringing yoga into everyday life
The intention is to help students become more grounded and capable practitioners who can share yoga with integrity.
What Is Included?
The listed program includes 27 nights of accommodation, daily yoga, meditation and breathwork, 200 contact hours of training, training materials, two nourishing meals each day, ongoing mentorship, personalized feedback, and Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification upon successful completion.
Flights, airport transfers, transportation, travel insurance, additional meals, and optional excursions are not included.
