Setting up a new vape for the first time is easier when every component is prepared in the right order. - Open the Packaging and Check the Contents
First of all, open the outer packing gently and remove all the contents from the package. Put the parts on a clean, flat surface so that you can view them.
Lay the battery, mouthpiece pod, and two 10ml refill containers on a flat surface so you can see where everything goes.
- Remove the Protective Seals
Check containers for protective stickers and silicone bungs before connecting. Small seals are used to protect the connection points when being packaged and transported. These must be taken out before the vape is put together.
This is often an easy thing to miss, especially when you first set up the vape. But leaving it in place can cause problems with the flow of the e-liquid, and it can block e-liquid flow and stop the vape from producing vapour properly.

Each 10ml auto-refill container corresponds to a particular side of the pod assembly. Match the colour on each container with its corresponding colour on the pod or mouthpiece section.
When the colours are all aligned, press the refill containers in place. Their attachment to the body should not be loose, but rather secure.

- Connect the Assembled Mouthpiece

Line up the bottom of the assembled pod to the slot at the top of the battery. The Hayati Pro Ultra Plus uses magnets to guide the pieces into place.
Put the mouthpiece on and push it down snugly. You’ll feel it click into position.

- Charge the Hayati Pro Ultra
After assembly, the integrated battery needs to be charged. An 850mAh rechargeable battery powers the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 and has a USB Type-C charging port. Plug a compatible USB-C cable into the charging port.
When the battery is plugged in, the display shows charging information. Make sure to fully charge the vape before using it for the first time! It usually takes about 60 to 90 minutes to charge completely.
- Let the E-Liquid Saturate the Coil
Once you’ve put it together and charged your vape, there’s one last important preparation task before you draw from it.
Let it rest for about a minute. This allows the e-liquid to flow from the auto-refill holders to the e-liquid chamber and fill the wick around the advanced mesh coil.
